M is for Monster

Our letter of the week was M and our theme was (my favorite) MONSTERS!  :)  We accomplished ALOT this week and ended with our Monster Mash with Mrs. LeeMrs. Bearden, & Mrs. Ray's class.  Check out all of the FUN we had this week.

Patterning
 Number Order 1-5
 practiced writing sight words
 practiced handwriting and matching colors
 our weekly pocketchart
 our monster glyphs

We made monster headbands for the monster mash.
 I LOVE K!  :)
Here is a sneak peek at one of the games that we played at our monster mash.  We did not get to finish because of time but we plan to this week and I will post more pictures.  This is always one of the most fun things we do.  :)

We started our poetry journal this week.  I got this from Kim Jordano.
Click on the link to check out her site.  She is AMAZING!!!!!  :)
