Last Thursday was Jumpstart's Read for the Record day
where more than 2 million people around the world joined
together to call for an end to America's early education gap. If you are interested you can find out more about this program at http://www.readfortherecord.org. Our amazing instructional coach always works really hard to make this day super fun for our students. The book this year was Otis by Loren Long. Check out some of the fun ways that we celebrated. :)
OTIS...SO DARN CUTE!
We played ring around a rosie and jumped over
hay bales just like Otis and his friends.
The cutest little farmer I have ever seen. :)
Mrs. Rainwater & I dressed like farmers!
(Mrs. Rainwater is my student teacher this semester.)
