CHRISTMAS Galore & a Flash Giveaway!!!!

Hey yall!  It feels like FOREVER since I have blogged and for that I am sorry.  Like most of you, we have been super busy with the hustle and bustle of this time of year.  For the past 2 weeks we have been working on Gingerbread Men, and other Christmas activities, as well as many ornaments and crafts (that I forgot to take a picture of...I will try to remember to do that this week).

One of my favorite Christmas songs is "I'll Be Home For Christmas." I've always loved this song, but last year after my dad passed when I heard this song it gave me peace that even though he wouldn't be there in body he would be there in spirit.

It's so hard to pick a favorite. I love so many Christmas songs. Here's my top 3: Carol of the Bells, Mariah Carey's All I Want For Christmas is You, and Ho Ho Ho by Alvin and the Chipmunks (we've been listening to that one a lot in my classroom this year).

I love "O HOly Night" as well. I remember, as an 8th grader, caroling thru the halls of our local hospital & singing that song.
